They define their ministry as “disciple-making,” meaning they contact people, build relationships, communicate the Gospel, and help those who place their faith in Christ to mature in Him, follow the Lord in baptism, serve, and be united together as a church.
AJ and Barbara Hensley n 1996, AJ Hensley took an early retirement from the Lexington Fire Department, and he and Barbara were commissioned as missionaries to Brazil. They went to work in Garça, Brazil, with Odali and Kathy Barros at the Alpha & Omega Orphanage.
